Everything was perfectly fine, exceptionally nice location in a quiet part of town, the staff were affable. Location: the hotel was near the Florence Santa Maria Novella train station and the city centre and several restaurants and trattorias...

The breakfast spread included a scrumptious homemade cake and the cappuccino was simply divine. Perfectly located, it was just a short distance from the city center. I highly recommend this gem for your stay in Florence.

The staff were really kind and amazing and the location was excellent in the heart of Firenze. I ate in the outdoor restaurant nearby. I was upgraded to a stylish a double room with big bathroom.

The private bathroom with a bath or shower was a nice touch, and the free toiletries provided were a bonus. The seating area in some rooms was a great spot to relax and unwind. as a guest, I truly enjoyed the room and all its amenities.

Personally, I found that the flights of stairs to reach the rooms were a bit inconvenient. However, I understand that this might not bother some guests, and the overall experience at B&B Domo Florenzia was still enjoyable.

I always come back because they have friendly staff. They helped me find a good place for local delivery. The place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a flat-screen TV. I'm also happy with the electric kettle and VIP check-in/-out. No pets allowed, air conditioning, and no smoking. Coming back for my city break!

Our stay at Domo Florenzia was perfect. As a group of four, we had a spacious room with comfortable beds. Giuseppe, our host, was extremely friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located, with excellent cafes and restaurants just a short walk away from the busy tourist areas. The location is also just a 10-15 minute walk to the city center. The receptionist was kind, helpful, and spoke softly. The room was clean, with ample space, and the air conditioning worked well. our experience was great.
